Events & Webinar Coordinator

6 Weeks6–8 Hours / Week

What You Do:

  • Coordinate minimum 1 full webinar end-to-end, producing run-of-shows and summary reports.
  • Draft pre-event reminder emails, monitor live Q&A, and manage active comments.
  • Capture highlight clips and screenshots for DietGlo social media campaigns.
  • Research and produce 3–5 premium 'Did You Know' nutrition facts weekly.

Role 02 — Network Growth & Collaborations

Outreach & Partnerships Intern

6 Weeks6–8 Hours / Week

What You Do:

  • Research 10–15 potential partner organizations and build a strategic database.
  • Draft 3–5 professional outreach and partnership emails weekly.
  • Identify 2–3 expert webinar speakers and draft official invitation briefs.
  • Track and report outreach attempts, building long-term organizational relationships.

What You Get:

  • Official Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation.
  • Listed as Partnerships Contributor in DietGlo's official records.
  • Feature spotlight in 'Meet Our Interns' on Instagram & LinkedIn.
  • Lifetime membership in the DietGlo Intern Alumni community.

Role 03 — Campus Leadership & Advocacy

City Ambassador

3 Months (Renewable)2–3 Hours / Week

What You Do:

  • Officially represent DietGlo at your college or university.
  • Recruit a minimum of 5 peers monthly to the active DietGlo community.
  • Organize 1 on-campus or virtual health advocacy activity per month.
  • Publish monthly personal ambassador updates tagging @diet.glo.

What You Get:

  • Official Appointment Letter from Day 1.
  • Ambassador Certificate upon successful completion of term.
